Rania Toukebri is a Tunisian spacecraft architect and international programme leader whose work spans human spaceflight, scientific satellites, Earth observation, deep-space exploration, navigation systems, orbital infrastructure and lunar systems.

Her experience combines spacecraft avionics, payload electronics, onboard computing, data handling, mass memory, signal generation, system integration and verification with programme leadership, international institutional engagement and strategic initiatives.

Her portfolio connects three levels of impact: engineering flight systems, leading and evaluating international programmes, and contributing to long-term space capability across Europe, Africa and emerging space ecosystems.
